✦ really not much going on in terms of enviornment and activities despite a potentially lovely property, so for just the beach and access to Coimbra it's not really worth it
✦ 9 rooms plus 8-pod dorm and generous common spaces including a huge high-ceiling attic; some rooms could be ensuite but most would have shared bathrooms
✦ share cost similar to other candidates circa €2.5k/mo
✦ tiny 10m2 roof terrace, no garden however village has castle gardens, and river walks
✦ part of the lower floor is a seperate lot of ~80m2, but for the same price both could be acquired (assumed), and the roof terrace extended to 25m2
✦ has flood damage that has caused walls to shift, which in the opinion of an engineer with an office next door is not of major concern, and the riverbanks have apparently been re-enforced to prevent again, but climate change!
✦ floors need to be relaid or levelled
✦ hourly bus to town (30mins) and Coimbra (1h), avoids station
✦ versus the beaches further down the coast where the trees are all burnt, there's some hills and more variety
