Notes/Area ✧ impressive village but nothign really surrounding so mainly appealing as a satellite for coastal towns with a bit of nature, rather than immersive and longer stays
✦ appears to be a 650m2 rectangle comprising the main building on the street (2 storeys plus plausible attic), the northern building up the alley (likely single storey), and about 250m2 of courtyard/garden
✦ backs onto a public garden with a restaurant
✦ the alley building of 90m2 could be good for a public coworking
✦ no FTTC yet so poor DSL, but neighbouring town does, WiMAX is available
✦ nature is slghtly distant at min 30mins; walking is just a few minor tracks; there's a river 30mins bike/10mins drive away, and a small gorge with kayaking and hiking 30mins drive
✦ the coast is not the best, but fine for beach and swim if not nature, as the sand is sandwiched next to the railway with little greenery; the better bits are in a natural parcs 45mins drive (Pesaro), or 1h away (Ancona) tourism site
✦ low rainfall, but 3 month off season with mean 9° daytime--not as good as Portugal!
