Environment ✧ wooded hills and the odd craggy river; hikes on doorstep

Access ✧ 15mins to town; 1h45 train to Toulouse and its major airport (+1h bus/tram)
Area ✧ major detractor is that it fronts onto the road, however the frontage (4 windows) is narrower than the rear (5 windows) with its garden backing onto a greenway above the little river
