Area ✧ well located in a quiet leafy area at the top of the village
✦ fantastic wild swimming, hikes, bikes, horseriding and kayaking all around plus the greenway along the valley for easier cycling
✦ several buildings, the front building is old, with 2 newer boring wings, plus 2 small independent buildings higher at the back thus more private for some apartments
✦ imposing front, balustraded terrace, and lovely big trees giving 2,000m2 of garden on multiple levels (~400m2 for parking)
✦ Beziers is 45mins drive, same with pickup from train (last 8pm)
✦ regular bus to town and station but last back 4:30pm; once daily (twice) slow direct bus to Beziers 1h15+
✦ a minor issue, its use must «valorise thermalism or health», but it could simply be officially classified as a health retreat (would need a yoga room and sauna anyway!), and if public access is required, then some spaces such as coworking / gallery-shop / cafe, desirable in any case to create a link into the community given it is in an accessible location
