Area ✧ relatively speaking properties not in more central towns still offer better value whilst having better variety, i.e. this location is not closer to the beach but is to many towns and villages for a huge variety of outings and exploration, but otherwise something like #300 is far better (albeit rare), or those in Lourdes (#239, #304), at this price point there's larger townhouses in smaller towns with better nature, e.g. in the Luberon but access only by bus
low number of grey days and good sun, but the winter can be a bit bare and very windy, nonetheless for only 2 months it means the winter could be well used as an affordable and accessible stopover
actually a pair of towns on opposite sides of the river 10mins walk apart across the bridge, Beaucaire being the larger, both havign fortifications/castles
