Property ✧ this kind of price in this region is rare, in this case likely mainly due to poor state as some beams have been added though others may still be needed (likely resolveable with columns) plus need to block old chimneys
✦ however doesn't seem it'd take much effort to make partly usable
backs (east) onto a road junction
✦ fronts (west) onto a tiny square (might be able to add some benches)
✦ basement has 2 huge garage doors that would need triple glazing for lively workspace/kitchen/dining
