Property ✧ bought 2020 for same price thus quick abandonement of the hotel business
✦ fully ready to use but non-optimal property with odd layout, rooms kinda jammed in, and limited windows (not ncessarily a bad thing in the sun)
✦ 10 generously sized bedrooms with ensuites, though some are attic and thus low roof
✦ the entire property needs some redecoration and replanning so cost would go up
✦ whilst immediately usable does not represent same value as a full rennovation, however is offset by the prime location near many good towns
500m2 garden with pool
✦ includes parking but there's some on the street so could be much reduced or even elminated
✦ could easily further extend, e.g. adding a row of additional rooms separating the pool
✦ there's a few blocked up windows that could be reopened
