Area ✧ whilst the village is just two tiny adjacent hamlets, it has a cornershop, a bistrot-resturant (both all year) and a social centre
✦ 30mins Largentiere (very nice tourist village), 50mins Aubenas (good town)
✦ 10mins drive/20mins bike to nice gorge with rock pools but not exceptional
✦ the mountains either side reach 1000m (south) and 1400m (north)
✦ tiny ski station 30mins drive, 120km cross-country, and summer activities
✦ Pont-d'arc 1h15, thermal spa 40min
due to being similarly isolated as Swiss Alps Coliving (but that has transit) or Coliving Semkovo (much more so), would require at least 3 volunteers to maintain a good service (notably driving)
✦ whilst a high number, their workload should not be high so that they can be part of the community, and having redundancy is essential especially for driving; most would get pods in a new dorm
would require 2 minibusses, and have predefined moving days (prob 2x week, but on-demand pickup available)
✦ chef and meal plans would greatly reduce need for trips to shops, and could be pot-luck weekly, plus buffets and brunches
the remoteness and winter at max 3-months would have to be almost free to attract anyone, however with suitable upgrades (extra cost!) and themed periods it could still function albeit only covering costs, and the costs would have to have a reduction to improve coowner use at these times
