Area ✧ quiet but not overly isolated being 15mins bike from the lovely and lively town center
✦ several nice close villages
✦ would be great escape but would need well organised outings and activities with own transport, thus possibly 2 minibusses and bikes
✦ edge of resevoir/lake 10mins walk but affected by droughts in summer
✦ lots of paths including along streams and through woods climbing to the top of the hills though nothing remarkable
✦ 3 weekly markets
✦ via ferrata a short bike
✦ Carcassonne and Castres 45mins drive, and Albi 1h, all good to visit

✦ has an old watercourse through the building though may no longer actually have water (prob best to block off and use as extra space) stream is near anyway
